All the other forms need to be printed and filled in by hand. Completed forms can be scanned and sent to address above, brought to Registration Night on September 9 from 4 to 8 pm (alternate September 16 from 9 am to noon) at the Curling Club, or arrangements can be made to drop off by emailing us at the address above.
